This time I had to finally get to the review I have been meaning to post forever because he really went above and beyond! This man an eye for quality and a standard for excellence that I can tell he aims for mastery. Me on the other hand, I am notorious for having slack tendencies with my computer maintenance and had put off doing a back up of my data for long enough that when my computer crashed, I had a lot of imperative information that went with it. Fortunately, he is a data recovery guru and was able to save near everything! It was not easy and I know that he put several hours trying different things to do a few formatting functions for me – informing me every step along the way and assuring that I was comfortable with whatever option I chose. I’m not the most technically inclined, to say the least but they always to explain things in a way that I can generally grasp what the issue is and how they fix things.
